We want you to love your Mack Label pieces.

If something isn't quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Due to limited drops, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsibility for items lost in transit.

If your item is faulty, please reach out and we will sort it for you.

To request an exchange or return, send us a message with your order details and we will take care of the rest.
