All items are subject to availability. We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but in rare cases an item may sell out. If this happens, we will contact you with options for exchange or refund.

PRICING

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be guaranteed that changes or cancellations can be made. Please double check your details before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are handled by Australia Post.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pickup is available in Parkes, NSW. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

RETURNS

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

LIABILITY

The Mack Label is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays once an order has been shipped.
